I had a wonderful experience with Joela during my first TMJ massage. I have been having jaw issues lately and she took the time to massage every muscle connected to the jaw and explained why it was important to target the surrounding areas. She was able to alleviate the tightness significantly in one session. I definitely will be making more appointments with The Muscle Technicians for their other services in the future.

Had an amazing lower back/hip decompression session. The pressure was just right and my body is relaxed. I will definitely be coming back after my upcoming race!!

I can’t say enough good things about Joela and Mitch at The Muscle Technicians.

I had a Japanese Face Lift massage with Joela and a neck-focused massage with Mitch, and both treatments were truly phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely invested in educating you about your body so you can support your health beyond the treatment room.

I suffer from chronic tension headaches, migraines, and persistent neck and shoulder pain, and both sessions were exactly what I needed. They were able to release deeply rooted knots that no other practitioner has been able to address. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and noticeably less tense.

If you deal with headaches, jaw tension, or neck and shoulder pain, I highly recommend booking with them. I’ll absolutely be making this a regular part of my self-care routine.
