I can’t say enough good things about Joela and Mitch at The Muscle Technicians.

I had a Japanese Face Lift massage with Joela and a neck-focused massage with Mitch, and both treatments were truly phenomenal. They are incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely invested in educating you about your body so you can support your health beyond the treatment room.

I suffer from chronic tension headaches, migraines, and persistent neck and shoulder pain, and both sessions were exactly what I needed. They were able to release deeply rooted knots that no other practitioner has been able to address. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and noticeably less tense.

If you deal with headaches, jaw tension, or neck and shoulder pain, I highly recommend booking with them. I’ll absolutely be making this a regular part of my self-care routine.

I experienced the Japanese Face Lift Massage with Joela and was truly blown away. From the moment the treatment began, it was clear that she is both highly skilled and deeply attentive. As someone who carries tension from tech neck and facial stress, this treatment was exactly what I needed.

Joela was exceptionally warm, patient, and professional, thoughtfully explaining each step of the process and ensuring I felt completely at ease throughout. By the end of the session, I felt incredibly light and restored—my entire upper body felt released, relaxed, and renewed.

I also suffer from seasonal sinus congestion, and the immediate relief was remarkable. My breathing improved right away, and the treatment left my face visibly lifted, sculpted, and refreshed—my jawline looked instantly defined.

Joela isn’t just a massage therapist, she’s a physical, emotional and therapeutic healer. I did a hybrid massage with her and she could tell my nervous system wasn’t releasing, so we worked on it for the appointment, and it definitely started to release by the end. Worth the price for her expertise. Looking forward to my next appointment.
